Studio relocation

Following the arrival of my daughter, there was a requirement for more space at home, so I have relocated my studio to new premises.

My Services

Studio product photography

My fully equipped studio is ideally suited to consumer product work. Most objects are easily accommodated on a desktop setup with the option of floor standing for the larger item. I can easily mobilise my 'traveling studio' for items that are too large to be practicably transported, for shooting at client's own premises or on location.

Many fields of photographic work undertaken in addition to studio work:

• Events, reportage and documentary
• Landscape, building & architecture, magazine and field assignment
• People, portraiture, stage and music

A little more about me

Photography

Being the son of a photographer means that it is something that I have always done - it's in the blood. Not merely a professional, I am also an amateur in the true sense of the word - 'am' from the Latin to love, that is to do something for the love of it. This I feel makes me all the more complete as a professional.

Today, with the well established technology of digital photography, I am able to mesh together my love and understanding of the traditional methods with my expertise in the computer sciences to give a professional all round service.

In addition to my photographic and technical background I have worked extensively in publishing, more specifically on the production and reprographic side, culminating in the creation of an in-house reprographic unit within a publishing house.

This extensive knowledge makes me almost unique as a photographic supplier in understanding not only how to create the images but in understanding how they are reproduced.

My Interests

• Photography (no surprises there!)
• Technology. Like most men I love gadgets
• Computing. Built own PC and even written the odd program
• Brewing. And yes it is quite palatable, thank you!
• Cycling. Fair weather cyclist (good for getting to the pub!)
• Music. Learned and still play the piano

I can cater for all manner of objects, including silverware, widely regarded amongst the most complicated areas of photography, having gained many years experience working with silver platers/restorers and catering supply companies.

Events and exhibitions

Photography of your event or exhibition showing your clients and attendees interacting, forging relationships and striking deals - ideal for recording and future promotion

Design and print fulfillment

In addition to a full photographic service I am able to offer a design service for clients not having their own inhouse facility, creating high quality press-ready artwork for their ad campaigns, or source a third party print supplier for flyers, mail drops, etc.
